Thanks to our years of engineering experience that allow us to respond to client needs that differ with each ship, based on its type, route, environment, and many other factors, we can provide a total package from design to manufacture, installation, and after-sales service. We are also working on creating products that emphasize environmentalism, such as sales of our environmentally-friendly MGO Cooling System, as well as through reducing the amount of energy our products require.

Based on the energy problems that arise with the expanding industrialization and the increase in population of developing countries in recent years, people are looking toward the development of offshore oil and gas fields, with countries around the world working on developing this sector.
Residential and production equipment used in offshore oil development facilities, such as Floating Production Storage and Offloading systems or Floating Storage and Offloading systems (FPSOs/FSOs), includes air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration/freezer units, and elevators.
Our high technological skills allow workers to remain comfortable in harsh marine environments, and ensure their safety by removing gases and smoke from the residential areas.

Passenger Ship Businesses
The market for passenger ship businesses is booming in Asia.
At Ushio Reinetsu, we first manufactured a prefabricated refrigeration/freezer unit that met USPHS (U.S. Public Health Service) standards in 1988, and delivered these to the Crystal Harmony, which was built in 1990. Recently, we have also delivered prefabricated refrigeration/freezer units that meet the latest USPHS standards. At present, we are the only company in Asia capable of manufacturing refrigeration/freezer units that meet these standards.
In addition, we can also deliver catering thanks to a joint venture with the European manufacturers we have as business partners.
